Suncoast PACE Medical Clinic is staffed with professionals who will work with you and your caregivers, helping to create a unique health care plan, education and guidance especially for you.
Services at the clinic include:
- Primary care
- Wound care
- Consistent, comprehensive, and coordinated care
- All medication and supplies
- All medically necessary transportation as deemed by staff is provided to and from appointments at the PACE center
- Suncoast PACE team visits at home when needed
- Separate medical clinic entrance for easy access
Therapy Services
- Physical therapy/occupational therapy suite with rehab kitchen
- Programs to improve/maintain strength and function
- Focus on preventative care
- Ongoing assistance for better results
Fun is included
The Suncoast PACE Day Center is designed for fun too. Participants enjoy a variety of movies and music in the TV and activity room, arts and crafts projects in a dedicated space as well as group and individual activities such as Bingo, Wii Fitness, board and word games, comedy hours and educational seminars.
